Round-foot ferrule forms with a visible internal thread. Define the thread system, body proportions and base details before selecting the final component.

Round-foot concrete ferrules combine a threaded cylindrical body with an enlarged circular base. For a defined connection interface, the thread system and the body-to-foot geometry need to be specified together. This product entry focuses on those interface requirements and the scope of the component inquiry.
A project inquiry should identify the required thread designation, pitch, tolerance and effective engagement length. If a metric thread is required, state its complete designation on the drawing. A threaded opening in a photograph does not establish its standard or compatibility with the intended mating fastener.
Also specify whether the order covers the ferrule alone or includes positioning and thread-protection accessories. Accessory compatibility must be reviewed against the actual component, not assumed from a similar-looking supplier catalog illustration.

The round foot, the shoulder at the base and the local external features should be dimensioned. Any requested outer covering or surface treatment needs its own specification and manufacturing review. Surface appearance should be kept separate from the required substrate material.
If the connection drawing calls for a cross-hole, show its diameter and position explicitly. If a particular forming method is required, state it in the inquiry. A geometry description alone does not establish the forming route or the component's performance in the concrete connection.

Tolerances, order quantity and lead time are assessed for the project.
Send your drawing →The photographs do not establish the thread standard. State the required designation for review; the final component specification must identify it explicitly.
Its construction has not been confirmed. Do not specify a coating or sleeve based on colour alone; provide the required material or finish details.
A cross-hole is not visible in the supplied product images. If one is required, show its position and dimensions on the drawing for review.
