Externally threaded fasteners with a square flat head. Define the head footprint, thread and shank dimensions to suit the specified mating assembly.

Square head T bolts are externally threaded fastener components with a flat square head. Unlike the internally threaded inserts in the same hardware category, the illustrated part presents a male threaded shank for engagement with a separately specified mating component.
The square head length, width and thickness need to be defined together with shank diameter, total length and threaded length. The head-to-shank transition and the unthreaded section below the head should also be shown if they affect the intended assembly.
If the head is intended to engage a slot, recess or channel, supply the mating geometry and any required orientation or clearance. The square outline alone does not establish compatibility with a channel system or a particular slot width. The final fit depends on the agreed drawing.

Use the complete thread designation, pitch and tolerance class to identify the male interface. Any nut, washer, insert or other mating component must be defined separately, along with the scope of supply.
Photographs do not establish a fastener strength class, a one-piece construction method or a rated tightening torque. State the required material, mechanical documentation and head construction in the inquiry. Critical head and shank dimensions and applicable thread checks can then be agreed as part of acceptance planning.

Tolerances, order quantity and lead time are assessed for the project.
Send your drawing →No universal fit is stated. Provide the channel or slot drawing, including head clearances and engagement requirements, for a component comparison.
Specify the required assembly in the inquiry. The product image shows the bolt form and does not define a nut or washer package.
No. Required mechanical properties and supporting documents must be stated and confirmed separately; a photograph cannot establish a strength class.
