Quality Assurance
Make acceptance requirements part of the drawing discussion. Inspection methods and reports are agreed for the applicable features of each custom part.

Confirmed inspection methods
We use calipers for applicable dimensional checks and thread plug gauges for applicable internal-thread checks. These methods do not imply that every dimension, geometric tolerance or thread type can be measured.
- Calipers: suitable, accessible dimensions
- Thread plug gauges: applicable internal threads
- Factory quality inspection report: available on request
Tell us what is critical
Mark critical dimensions, datums, thread requirements and assembly interfaces. Share the acceptance criteria and reporting format you require so their feasibility can be reviewed before quotation is finalized.
Material records are project-specific
State the formal material specification and the documents you require. The actual material evidence governs grade and standard correspondence. The availability and contents of records should be agreed for the order.
Agree the inspection scope
Sampling, measurement coverage and report contents are discussed for the project. A factory report is not a third-party certificate or evidence of an unconfirmed quality system.
When requirements need further review
If your drawing calls for a measurement or test beyond the confirmed methods, identify it in the inquiry. Its availability, scope and any additional arrangements need confirmation before ordering.
Questions before requesting a quote
What inspection information can I request?
Calipers are used for applicable dimensional checks, and thread plug gauges for applicable internal threads. A factory quality inspection report can be provided. Specify the dimensions and report requirements for review before ordering.
Do you claim a certified quality system?
No unconfirmed certification or quality-system claim is made on this website. Ask about the evidence needed for your procurement requirements.
