Internally threaded ferrules with a hexagonal foot. Define the body length, thread engagement and base geometry for your concrete connection project.
Share your drawing, material specification and quantity.
Hex foot ferrules combine an internally threaded cylindrical body with a polygonal foot at the embedded end. This configuration provides a distinct alternative to round-foot inserts, plate-base sockets and inserts fitted with a transverse pin. The thread remains the connection interface; the foot and body must be specified as part of the complete insert geometry.
The illustrated examples include a hexagonal base, a cylindrical shank and an internal thread opening. Some examples also show a textured section near the foot. Specify whether this texture is part of the required drawing, together with its position and extent; an appearance in a photograph does not establish a manufacturing specification.
The foot width, foot thickness, body diameter and overall length should be defined together. A larger-looking base is not evidence of a higher load rating, and an insert without a visible cross-hole does not establish that reinforcement can be omitted.

For precast connection procurement, provide the intended fixing arrangement and the mating fastener specification. The project design needs to establish how the insert is used within the concrete component. Manufacturing review covers the agreed component drawing rather than replacing connection design or product-specific performance validation.

Tolerances, order quantity and lead time are assessed for the project.
Send your drawing →No such conclusion can be made from the product shape. Reinforcement and installation requirements must be established for the specified insert and concrete connection.
The supplied images show both textured and smoother body forms. State the required surface geometry on the drawing so the quotation refers to a defined version.
For a stainless steel quotation, specify 304, 316 or 316L and the material documentation required. The final component specification is agreed after drawing review.
